Photoshop maker Adobe forecast fourth-quarter earnings below analysts' estimates on Thursday, signaling stiff competition and soft demand for its AI-integrated editing tools amid challenging economic conditions. Shares of the company fell 9% in overnight trading.

Shares of RH, formerly known as Restoration Hardware, jumped more than 18% in the overnight session Thursday, after the retailer said it continues to see healthy demand for its furniture and home furnishings, and reported a quarterly earnings beat.

Oracle Corp. said annual revenue will rise to at least $104 billion in fiscal 2029, an optimistic signal on the growth prospects of the software maker ’ s cloud infrastructure business. Oracle ’ s shares jumped 6.6% in overngiht trading. The company has been one of the best-performing software stocks of the year, rallying 53% through Thursday ’ s close.
