These stocks were poised to make moves Friday:

Alibaba shares gained 4% in premarket trading. According to the State Administration for Market Regulation of China, Alibaba has completed three years of rectification.

From the perspective of verification and evaluation, Alibaba has completely stopped the "two choice one" monopoly behavior, strictly regulated its own business behavior, conscientiously implemented the platform's main responsibility, improved the enterprise compliance management system, and enhanced the service level of merchants and consumers on the platform. The compliance rectification work has achieved good results.

Intel shares gained 1.89% in premarket trading. Intel Corp. is working with investment bankers to help navigate the most difficult period in its 56-year history, according to people familiar with the matter, Bloomberg reported.

The company is discussing various scenarios, including a split of its product-design and manufacturing businesses, as well as which factory projects might potentially be scrapped, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the deliberations are private.

Dell Technologies raised its annual revenue and profit forecasts on Thursday, buoyed by demand for its AI-optimized servers that are powered by Nvidia's powerful chips, sending its shares up 6.9% in premarket trading Friday.

Dell's infrastructure solutions group, which includes Nvidia-powered servers, surged 38% to a record revenue of $11.65 billion in the second quarter.

US-listed shares of Chinese companies also jumped in premarket trading Friday. JD.com rose 4%; NIO rose 6%; PDD Holdings, XPeng and Bilibili rose 3%; Li Auto, Baidu, Netease, and Trip.com rose 2%.

The latest fund disclosures confirmed heavy buying from sovereign fund Huijin, boosting sentiment in sectors such as insurance and technology. Hong Kong shares rose to a one-month high.

Marvell Technology's shares were up about 9% in premarket trading Friday.

The chipmaker surpassed expectations for quarterly revenue and forecast third-quarter results above Wall Street estimates on Thursday, on the back of strong demand for its electro-optics products and an increase in custom AI programs.

Intuitive Machines shares up 19.3% in premarket trading Friday. NASA has awarded Intuitive Machines a $116.9 million contract to deliver six science and technology payloads to the Moon's south pole, the space exploration company said.
